Condition Monitoring in Diesel Power Plants with Special Reference to the Supercharging Systems

Abstract: A recent tendency for research work concerning diesel engine has been concentrated to diagnostic analysis, which intends to detect early adverce influences on engine performance and to conserve the normal conditions of the diesel engine. A diagnostic system is meant to pinpoint the action which should be taken to bring the engine back to standard performance.
