Simulation of Material Behavior in Metal Forming Processes
University dissertation from Solid Mechanics
Abstract: Constitutive models regarding the behavior of metallic materials during forming processes are formulated and implemented. Mechanisms such as phase transformation, large deformations, plastic dissipation in form of heat and viscoplastic behavior in the material is adressed.
